Your email if you join a waitlist, your billing details if you pre-order, and pseudonymous analytics data if you accept measurement cookies.
Why
To tell you when the product launches (consent), to take your pre-order and issue the invoice (contract), to measure how our pages perform (consent), and to contact professionals whose role matches our products (legitimate interest).
Recipients
Stripe (payment, invoicing, VAT), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting). No other sharing, no resale.
Retention
Waitlist: until launch + 12 months or until withdrawal. Billing: 10 years. Analytics: 13 months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to contact@thelastcandle.org. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Transfers
Some processors are established in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
