What you buy
A pre-order is a one-time payment that reserves access to the product described on the page, at the founding price shown, for the period shown, starting at launch.
Refund
If the product is not delivered by the date shown on the page, the pre-order is refunded in full within 14 days without any action on your part. You may also ask for a refund at any time before launch.
Prices and VAT
Prices are net. No VAT is charged (French micro-entrepreneur, art. 293 B CGI): the seller is a French micro-entrepreneur under the VAT exemption scheme, so no VAT is added for any customer.
Invoice
Stripe issues an invoice at payment and emails it to you. It carries the mention "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI".
If you are a consumer
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of payment (EU Directive 2011/83, French Code de la consommation art. L221-18): write to contact@thelastcandle.org and you are refunded in full within 14 days. Before launch this adds to the refund-on-request above.
