Packaging EPR declarations without the spreadsheet.
Your packaging EPR declarations for Germany and France, from the catalogue you already have, before the deadline.
Import your products and describe the packaging per SKU once. You get the material-and-weight totals LUCID and Citeo ask for, a fee forecast per country and every deadline on one calendar. It also tells you where you may need an authorised representative. For shops selling into France and Germany from Shopify, Amazon or eBay exports.

Sounds familiar?
- LUCID and Citeo want kilograms per material. Your catalogue has product names, prices and, at best, a shipping weight.
- Marketplaces and fulfilment providers check your LUCID number and may restrict listings or shipments while it is missing or invalid.
- Fees differ per material and per country, and the tariffs are revised every year. The forecast lives in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
- Since 12 August 2026, selling cross-border without a local company can mean appointing an authorised representative in each country. One more thing to track.
How it works
01
Import your catalogue
CSV or Shopify export, plus your Amazon or eBay sales reports for units per country. We match SKUs and keep them for next year.
02
Describe the packaging once
Materials and weights per SKU, or per packaging template such as "small mailer box". Mark which channels sell to businesses.
03
Export per country
Material-and-weight totals in the form LUCID and Citeo ask for, a fee forecast, and your deadlines on one calendar. With a flag where an authorised representative may be needed.
What you get: A declaration-ready export per country, a fee forecast you can put in the budget, and your deadlines on one calendar.
Who it is for
E-commerce shops and marketplace sellers shipping to France and Germany with 50 to 5,000 SKUs, and the agencies that run several of them.
Not a dual system, an eco-organisme or an authorised representative: you still register with each scheme and pay its fees. Not for manufacturers with industrial packaging flows.

Questions
- Which schemes are covered at launch?
- Germany: the quantities per material in kilograms your dual system needs, and the data report for the LUCID register. The legal basis is the VerpackDG, which replaced the VerpackG on 12 August 2026; your LUCID registration and system contract continue. France: the Citeo or Léko declaration by material and, where your volume requires it, by unit. Other countries follow what founding customers sell into.
- Do you register me or file the declaration for me?
- No. You register with each scheme and submit in its portal; we give you the figures in the right form and a checklist. Registration matters. In Germany, selling without a LUCID registration carries a fine of up to €100,000, and selling without a system contract up to €200,000. Filing on your behalf is on the roadmap, not in v1.
- Do I need an authorised representative?
- Possibly. Since 12 August 2026 the EU packaging regulation (PPWR, Article 45(3)) applies. A shop established in one EU country that sells packaged goods directly to consumers in another must appoint an authorised representative there. France also requires a mandataire for producers not established in France. A proposal to suspend the EU rule for small firms is pending, not adopted. We ask where you are established and flag each country where this applies; we do not act as your representative.
- Is B2B packaging exempt?
- No. Germany has required registration of all packaging since 1 July 2022; dual-system participation applies to packaging that ends up with private consumers. France's producer-responsibility scheme for professional packaging has applied since 1 January 2025. Mark your B2B channels and we keep those quantities apart.
- Where do the weights and the deadlines come from?
- Weights come from you, per SKU or per packaging template; we never guess them. Deadlines come from the schemes. In France the Citeo declaration window runs from January to the end of February; 2026 volumes are due by the end of February 2027. In Germany the reporting dates follow your dual-system contract. The calendar shows yours and reminds you.
- What happens if the product does not ship?
- You are refunded in full if we have not shipped by 31 March 2027, or on request at any time before launch.
